Prep work: Upon arrival, your property will be pressure/power-washed to remove all dirt, dust, and debris if needed. 

*Note: Pressure-washing will take place a day prior to the actual start of the job to allow surfaces to completely dry.

Next day: Surfaces and objects that need coverage will be covered as necessary with plastic and/or masking paper (depending on project).

Surfaces will be sanded and scraped, caulked, patched, and primed as necessary.

Painting: Let the painting begin! Surfaces will be spray painted, rolled, and/or brushed, depending on the project.

Clean up time! We will thoroughly and properly clean up after ourselves so all you have to do is enjoy your new beautiful home! :)
